The event guide

We designed a 15-page event guide to be given to each of the 300 delegates on arrival. In full branding, of course. This was packed with relevant features, interviews… and even an interesting piece on the Haka to support one of their workshops.

We designed a 15-page event guide to be given to each of the 300 delegates on arrival. In full branding, of course. This was packed with relevant features, interviews… and even an interesting piece on the Haka to support one of their workshops.

Pre-event campaign

That was just half the job. We also planned a pre-event content campaign to build momentum and confirm attendance in the months leading up to the event. This is the biggest event on the GC calendar, and we made sure everyone knew it.

The results

It seemed to do the trick. Following our online feedback survey, we were delighted to find that 98% of GC lawyers rated our content as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.

But that’s not all. Shortly after the Symposium was held, we also wrote the winning award submission for Gunnercooke as they took home the top prize ‘Gold Award’ at the Business Culture Awards. There are Laura and Lucy front and centre!
